Inspired by Sahana’s visits to a local tea house in Seattle with her mother, where they would share a pot of chai. Visits were frequent as Sahana grew up, and the memories became important to her. Pulling on the most pungent flavors form chai, cinnamon & cardamom, then infused them into a cake that her mom, family and friends loved.
