REFUNDS/ RETURNS- RETURNS REQUIRE A 30% RESTOCK FEE TO COVER OUR INITIAL SHIPPING COST. THE ITEM WILL NEED SHIPPED BACK AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE. ONCE ITEM HAS ARRIVED HERE UNDAMAGED, WE PROCESS THE REFUND. IF BROKEN, REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED

All products are shipped within 2-5 days and 2-3 weeks for custom mirrors and custom cutting boards.
Shipping is Monday thru Friday Excluding Holidays. I do not package or create items on Sundays or major holidays.
PURCHASING MISTAKE- If you feel you accidentally made a mistake with purchasing one of my special pieces and your item has not yet been packaged or created, I am happy to do a refund, however if your item has been made, painted, or packaged, or shipped we fo not issue refunds.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!! Very important. If it is not the right address please change it before asking us to send the package to you. I may not remember if you send it in a convo) If you give the wrong address I will try my best to change this if time allows but if the item is returned to us you will have to pay return shipping (for the item to go back to you) and any fees I incur from the situation. We can not refund on an item that is sent to the wrong address.
Express shipping is extra and recommended if you are your needing your items quickly.
I can not promise delivery date with standard shipping but I can promise a ship date.
Note**If you are out of the country I will figure out shipping. I ship on time unless I communicate otherwise to you. Please allow for weekends and holidays. I ship out Monday thru Friday. I do not work on Sundays.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGE- I am more than happy to help you track down your package if possible, please don't hesitate to ask. I know how frustrating it is to have your lovely item delayed. I don't issue refunds for lost or delayed packages.

***If your custom order is in the process of completion, there are no full refunds. I am more than happy to give a partial refund considering the work that has been done. I am super easy to work with and very generous yet I also need to charge for my time spent.
EXCEPTIONAL PACKAGING INCLUDED FOR HAPPY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WE VALUE YOUR PURCHASE!!! When we ship out mirrors, a custom wood box is made for each one and packaging is very carefully applied. We also ship overseas with success. If your item breaks, I will take care of the claims process. This does take time so I ask for your understanding. All packaging will need to be saved and photos provided.
DAMAGED ITEM- If your item arrived damaged, I will take care of the claims process. Please save all packaging. Photos will be required. You will need to contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I will issue an in store credit or a replacement if possible. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN. If you contact me later than 48 hours, I will be unable to help with your issue as we are trying to insure that the item was infact damaged in shipping and not damaged by a customer to receive a discount (Sadly some people will do this for free product)
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- International Shipping is not listed. Please ask for a shipping quote before purchase. Refunds are not given due to the high cost of shipping.

I print shipping labels with the address you include with your order. Please make any changes you may need before purchase or with the shipping company. I do not make changes to addresses if you send me a convo. My apologies but I receive so many emails and mistakes can be made so I leave it up to my customers to make corrections on their end.
We use FedEx for most items and USPS for smaller items. Greyhound is used for larger furniture so local pickup is required. If you need door delivery, please inquire. This cost is about double the Greyhound price listed. I also ship with Uship for large bed frames and furniture when requested. We make custom boxes for each of our items. We do not blanket wrap due to the poor quality and large chance of damage with this method.
If your item ships with Greyhound as stated, I ask that you leave me your phone number for delivery notice only. If this is not provided, I will email you once your item has arrived at your local station. You have three days to pick your item up before fees incur. This item will not be returned to me nor are returns offered. Please inquire if you have questions, otherwise I ship out knowing you have read and understand this shipping method. If item is returned back to me, I reserve the right to resale item after 90 if not claimed. Buyer will need to pay for return shipping cost and pick up fees which is 1 hour of my time.
