Handmade French Antique Style Cutting Boards With Sides made from exquisite knotty alder and sealed with American made Howard brand mineral oil. The last 2 photos show beech wood, which has less knots than knotty alder. When choosing knotty alder there will be knots and markings as shown on the photos. Each one will veri. Beech wood is a good option for a smooth clear wood without knots. You can choose the type of wood at checkout.
